Ubuntu is not found in the boot menu

I had a dual boot in my Lenovo ThinkPad. Unfortunately, I rest the boot settings to defaults and saved those. Now I couldn't find the Ubuntu option in the boot menu. Find the below image for your reference.

I tried Boot-Repair also. Please find this Ubuntu paste for more information.

I can able to view all files and folders through the live CD

Expected behavior:

The boot menu should have line item "ubuntu" and grub menu should be present when I power up my machine.
