I have a "HP Elitedesk 800 g3" (CPU is "Intel i7 6700")
and VTX is enabled in my BIOS (though it is greyed, I don't know why) but when i try to use VirtualBox or any virtualization software, it throws error that vtx is not enabled... (i searched internet wide and didn't find anything useful for such situation...) like NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0X80004005)
