I'm a new ubuntu user. I'm using ubuntu 22.04 LTS for almost 2 months and everything was fine... the Bluetooth and the WiFi both was working perfectly...
But yesterday I wanted to shutdown my laptop, but I rebooted it...
So before the reboot was done, I forced the shutdown with the shutdown button on my keyboard and after I booted again, my wireless network driver in the additional drivers app, and lspci in terminal, did completely disappear and my WiFi icon disappeared too...
I have an external SSD harddrive on which I have a Windows installation and I tried testing it with Windows and it was the same in Windows, too, and my WiFi and Bluetooth has disappeared.
As I said, I'm a new ubuntu user, so I have no idea what to do. I tried to shut down and reboot normally. I tried an older kernel version. I tried restarting the network service. Here is the lspci result (I have a built-in WiFi, not a dongle):
