New MiniPC with Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS preloaded...wireless connection will not authenticate even though Network and Password are correct

New MiniPC with pre-loaded Ubuntu bought from Amazon will not authenticate WIFI network. Ethernet connection works fine but cannot log into my Wireless network. Acts as if Password is incorrect...but that is not the case. Details:Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTSIntel Wireless interfaceMini PC - BOSGAME Ecolite Series, Intel N100 X4

Any ideas on where I should start to debug? thanks
