How to automatically turn on keyboard backlight at night and automatically turn it off during daytime?

Is there any way (maybe with a systemd service that will run the appropriate commands) to automatically turn off the keyboard backlight in the morning and will automatically turn it on at night?

I am using Kubuntu 22.04 in a Dell Latitude 5400.

There is no light sensor.I want to manually set the time.

The other option is to get the time from redshift/KDE Night mode.
