Ubuntu 22.04.3 on iMAC in VirtualBox 7.0, how to share folder?

I am have virtualBox 7.0.14 r161095 installed on my iMAC (macOS Monterey Version 12.7.3)

The virtual machine is Ubuntu 22.04.3. I want to share a folder from my iMAC the path is in my personal folder:

/Users/sy/Documents/TCanBus

In virtualBox:

In the ubuntu virtual machine I cannot access this shared location, I don't even know if it is setup correctly, can anyone help me?
