only part of top menu/ribbon on Libre Office calc (only) is visible on my monitor..how can I get to see all of it as before?

For some reason I can only just see the very bottom part of the icons in the top row e.g.New; Open ; Save right across to Insert Special characters on the RH side.

No problems on browser pages or Libre Office Writer.

Anyone know how to rectify this?
