Ubuntu 22.04 iwlwifi does not work with my Intel Dual Band Wireless AC 3160 network controller

I'm trying to use my laptop's internal Intel 3160 wireless device so I can connect to wireless networks. I've searched and attempted to implement the solutions I found but none have worked so far.

Here's what I know about my setup:

1. Ubuntu 22.04
2. Intel Dual Band Wireless AC 3160 network controller
3. Connecting to 2.4Ghz Wifi network with WPA2-Personal [AES] security
4. Uses iwlwifi and iwlmvm drivers

I've tried disabling Bluetooth with no effect, and I attempted to roll back the iwlwifi driver as well again to no effect.

I can't post the results from the debug command recommended in the troubleshooting procedures because this site keeps detecting it as spam...
