22.04 upgrade stuck on extracting jammy.tar.gz

upgrading from 20.04 to 22.04. Ran these commands:

sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade -ysudo update-manager -d

This is what is showing on screen:

Checking for a new Ubuntu releaseauthenticate 'jammy.tar.gz' against 'jammy.tar.gz.gpg'extracting 'jammy.tar.gz'None

It has been stuck on the 'extracting' operation for 3 hours. And the word 'None' doesn't look good to me...

What should I do?
