Ubuntu Kiosk hangs at boot

Well, here I am begging for help. Can't figure this one out.Ubuntu Kiosk 22.04When booting it hangs for 15-20 minutes before finally loading. I can't figure out why. I have 2 kiosks doing this same thing, and about 15 more kiosks that seem to only hang up for about 2-3 minutes max, and yet I have possibly 3 more that are totally normal. They are all identical machines with identical installations on them. I have been burning my retinas trying to find out whats causing this, and I am wondering if someone much smarter than I can shed some light on this.

Edit:I am not sure what to clip out to put here but both logs are here:Kiosk Debug Logs

Edit: I'll add that they both eventually boot just fine, it's just a little concerning that everything else being identical I have a few that want to act this way.Line by line they seem to be fairly similar, except for what looks like PID 1305 continually doing the same thing over and over.
