My setup:
- USB drive 3.2 gen 1
- Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
My system :
- Asus X456URK
- SSD 120gb for windows 10
- HDD 1 tb with 3 partition (partition 1 plans to install ubuntu).
I already tested Ubuntu on a bootable USB drive. And I plan to install Ubuntu on my HDD. When I choose the option on GNU grub "Try or install Ubuntu" my device suddenly died.
but when click "Ubuntu (safe graphics)" I can continue with the next steps until the Ubuntu installation is complete on HDD. Only when trying Ubuntu the same thing happens again: my device suddenly died. And I checked my BIOS, booted Ubuntu on the same SSD as I am running Windows, where this is different from when I installed it Ubuntu on the HDD.
I am new to dual boot installation.
I hope someone can help.
This just an example image from my bios:
What can I do?
