How to get Wi-Fi card capabilities without iw command?

I noticied that Ubuntu 22.04 doesn't have the iw command. I can see the iwlist command, but looks like it is a completely different one.

How can I get the Wi-Fi valid interface combinations list like you can do with iw list.
