How to Manually Install Nginx 1.2 on Ubuntu 22.04 Without Internet Access from nginx source repo?

I am using an Ubuntu 22.04 server that currently has no internet access, and I need to install Nginx 1.2 from the official Nginx repository.

1. Is it possible to download the pre-built Nginx packages for Ubuntu from the official Nginx repositories on a different machine with internet access?
2. If so, how can I manually install these packages on my Ubuntu 22.04 server?
