Problem after running Software Updater on Ubuntu 22.04 - blinking icon at the bottom of the desktop

After running Software Updater on Ubuntu 22.04 I have a blinking (like a no entry road signal) icon at the bottom of my desktop. Do you have any idea how to fix it?
