Can't uninstall MAGIC VLSI? [closed]

I am an aspiring analog IC designer. I am practising analog IC design using Magic VLSI. When I was trying to use via1, it didn't appear in the editor window.So, I tried to reinstall the application. I'm using Ubuntu 22.4 and trying to uninstall Magic VLSI. But the commands prescribed by the OpenEDA didn't work. Kindly guide me. When I use the uninstalling command, the command window shows "Package magic not installed. so not removed". But even after removing such, magic is available in my system.
