Stuck at grub bootloader cli

I have re-installed my OS (which is Kubuntu 22.04) by backup I had beforehand. I've deleted and re-formatted my partition and installed my backup on that. After installation of backup, it starts with grub bootloader commandline-interface, instead of bootloader menu.

I am able to enter to bootloader menu by setting prefix and root with;

set prefix=(hdx,gptx)/boot/grubset root=(hdx,gptx)normal

but cannot save values even after I boot into OS and use command sudo update-grub, it just starts with grub bootloader cli all the time.

Does anyone have a solution or any advice to fix the issue?
