How do I completely remove MATE's customised settings from Firefox (in Ubuntu 22.04)?

I am running Ubuntu 22.04, and had installed the MATE desktop environment, although at the end of the day I don't actually use the MATE desktop itself, but I do use some MATE programs, such as MATE Terminal and Pluma.

Unfortunately, the MATE installation, rather rudely, it has to be said, applies some (minor) customisation to Firefox, which results in a somewhat puzzling "Your browser is being managed by your organisation" warning in the Settings interface in Firefox, which, if you follow the link, then shows the settings that MATE has applied.

How can I completely remove this customisation from Firefox? (I'm guessing that there is probably a specific MATE package that I need to remove, and/or possibly some snap-specific tweaking that I need to do?)

(There is a similar older question about Removing Firefox MATE screen from Ubuntu MATE, but the advice there does not seem to work in Ubuntu 22.04 and/or a newer version of Firefox.)
