Detect and mount device

Ubuntu can't mount one of my flashes.Output of some commands are listed,

No, It was not used on any Windows system,though used on MacOS. I did use it as an installer for Ubuntu before....I see a strange character as "SerialNumber" shown at output of "dmesg" command....any clue?
