id like some help regarding the topic of migrating my OS. I have my old laptop and im buying a new one (with no OS) and i have an external SSD. If i wanted to have everything on my new laptop just like on my old one (all the files, settings...) would it be ok to just clone the old laptops SDD onto the external one, then boot a live distro on my new laptop with no OS and copy everything from the extrenal drive onto the internal one of the new laptop?
