I'm running Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS on an HP/Intel box andthe default button colors in the xcalc calculator appare confusing. Most of the buttons are light blue but there are 12buttons in the middle (some functions and some numbers) that are whiteand five buttons on the right side that are tan. This makes usingthe calculator confusing. I checked the file:/etc/X11/app-defaults/XCalc-color and it does not match what is displayed. This seems like a bug in the basic xcalc installation and not somethingthat should be fixed by a user configuration.
