How to add json config on Ubuntu

I want add a Json-config in Nekoray but i can not do that!

This is a config for Edit IP address ( Something like VPN ).

Windows users can do that very easy just with paste that on V2rayN.But Nekoray don't support this Configs.

How can I this config on my Ubuntu for use?
