I cannot upgrade Ubunto 22.04.4 LTS to the newest LTS (24.04 LTS). I can upgrade to 23 when I set normal instead of lts in /etc/update-manager/release-upgrades though. I've read many posts in different forums, but couldn't find any helpful solution for that problem.
