How do I get bluetooth working? For some reason the bluetooth controller isn't being recognized, and I can't put it up. (Gives a timeout error -110)

I've tried a bunch of solutions yet nothing seems to work. Running Ubuntu 22.04. Device is a Beelink U59 Pro, if relevant. Bluetoothctl lists no controllers. Not quite sure what I'm doing wrong. For reference, when I originally installed ubuntu on this device bluetooth worked fine for a couple hours. It suddenly stopped working after a reboot. Tried reinstalling ubuntu thinking I might've accidentally messed with something when trying to set up a vpn, no dice. Ran rfkill, everything is unblocked.
