Buffer I/O error on dev SR0 logical block

I have a ubuntu 22.04 VM which I can access through RDP and work with but when I connect directly, I see a lot ofBuffer I/O error on dev SR0 logical blockas you can notice in the snapshot. So how this can be investigated or fixed? Thanks in advance
