End Kernel Panic Error During Fresh Ubuntu Install on HP Z400: "Attempted to kill init! exit code=0x00000009"

I bought some old machine HP Z400 with the intend to build my own home server. The machine came with installed Windows 10, but I decided to install Ubuntu, as there is more resources for Linux for home-server purpose.

So I downloaded Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS, and started installing but after choosing to install Ubuntu in the GRUB menu, I get this Kernel panic error: error-image.I tried to download and install Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS and on installing I've got the same error.

Then I've tried Linux Mint, Cinnamon Edition from the same USB stick that I have installed previously on my laptop, and produced the same error.

And finally I've tried Fedora Workstation 39 and I ended up with the same error.

For the machine itself, I couldn't find to disable the "Secure Boot", as I've understood the PC is old and it doesn't have the Secure Boot option. However, the machine has more than enough capacity to run Ubuntu. This are the machine specs: Intel Xeon E5645 2.4GHz CPU, 18GB RAM and it has GeForce GTX 970 GAMING graphic card.

I've tried Rufus and Balena Etcher to make the USB bootable. The usb is some generic one and I'm wondering can that be an issue, but then again I have used same usb to install Linux Mint on my laptop, so I don't know.

Any help or guidelines will be appreciated.
